CandF Staffing Company facilitates international teacher recruitment and placement through structured Teacher Exchange Programs in collaboration with U.S. school districts and designated visa sponsorship partners. Our services are designed to support qualified educators throughout the recruitment, placement, and pre-departure process.
Pre-Departure Support
Selected participants receive guidance to help prepare for their transition to the United States, including program orientation and onboarding information.

We evaluate and pre-screen qualified international educators to ensure alignment with program requirements and U.S. school district needs. This includes:

Placement Fee
A placement fee of $2,500.00 USD is required for participation in CandF Staffing Company’s Teacher Exchange Program services.
This fee contributes to the cost of providing structured recruitment and placement support, including:
Recruitment coordination and candidate processing
Administrative handling and verification of application materials
School district placement coordination
Program communication and support services
Important Notice
This placement fee is separate from any government, visa, or third-party sponsorship fees associated with the J-1 Visa Exchange Program, which may be required and processed by the designated visa sponsor.
CandF Staffing Company operates in coordination with approved J-1 visa sponsorship partners, including HRC International, for visa sponsorship and program compliance.
