Our Application Process

We are looking for teachers who have at least 3 years of teaching experience, and must have a permanent teacher’s certification  in any of the following areas:

Elementary

Middle School

High School

Special Education

Science

Math

Credential Review

You will receive an email with a link to send us your credentials

Complimentary Orientation

Fill in the registration form sent to you via email and attend the free orientation

Preliminary Interview

If you meet the requirements and are interested in working with us, we will schedule an interview with the board members of C&F Staffing

Application to school district 

C&F Staffing will then match your qualifications with our clients. As our candidate, you will then submit applications to  job openings and prepare for a series of employer interviews

Application for Visa

After passing the interview, C&F Staffing will guide you on how to secure the DS Form 2019 in preparation for the J1-Visa interview in the US Embassy

Departure for America

C&F Staffing  will book a flight for you after you are granted the J-1 Visa by the US Embassy
