Our Team

The founders of C&F Staffing, Caroline and Panchito, were born and raised in the Philippines. Wanting to give their family a better life, they immigrated to Houston in 2002. They utilized a similar company, and now years later, they want to bring the same security, support, and guidance they received to others who wish to begin a similar journey. C&F Staffing is dedicated to the success of every applicant.
